Can I use Pixel Paper Prints' images commercially?

Absolutely! Commercial license for small businesses is included when you purchase an item in my shop and I only ask you to give credit to my shop when you display your product online. There are a wide variety of commercial uses in which you can use Pixel Paper Prints graphics as part of your physical or digital product design. What type of products am I authorized to sell?

You can check all the permitted and prohibited uses as well as the conditions to apply my graphics to your products here.

Can I use your graphics to mass produce a product?

Yes you can, but you would need to purchase an extended license for mass production. You can find more details here

I don’t see the type of product that I sell listed in “Authorized uses”

Please contact me and describe the type of product you sell to check if it is allowed to use my graphics for that purpose. It would help a lot if you send me a picture of your product or a link to your shop/website so I can give you a more accurate answer.

How can I download my files?

After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

What program do I need to work with these files?

That depends on the project you want to create, but here is a list of some popular options:
-Adobe Photoshop /Photoshop elements
-Gimp (you can download this one for free at: http://www.gimp.org/ )
-Microsoft Publisher
-Microsoft Word (only for basic compositions).
-LibreOffice (Writer is a free alternative to Word).

Or any other software you regularly use to work with photos and other graphics.

Can you teach me how to work with the graphics you sell?

If this is the first time that you are working with this type of product, I will be happy to help you as much as I can and I’ll be glad to guide you towards any tutorials online that might help you with the project you have in mind, but I hope you can understand that it is not possible for me to offer training in the use of these graphics and such service is not included with your purchase. There are several really fantastic sites out there for such training. I recommend sites like lynda.com, skillshare or domestika to gain familiarity with new software suites.

It is really easy to manage and print these images, but if you want to be sure that you are going to be able to use them and/or if you have the necessary software/program to work with them, I recommend you to download some of my freebies so you can try it and see if it works for you before buying a product, just contact me and provide me with your email address so I can send you the sample file.

I lost my files; do I need to purchase them again?

You don’t need to pay for the same graphics twice. You just need to contact me with your order number and I’ll be happy to send you a new link to download them.

 Are you accepting custom work?

That depends on how busy I’m at the moment. You can contact me to request more information about my availability, turnaround time and costs per hour.

Can I send suggestions of themes I would like to see in your shop?

Of course! I’ll be happy to hear your requests and I promise that each and every one of your suggestions is really important to me. I will take note of them and as soon as I’m able to work on the themes you suggested, I’ll contact you to let you know that they are available in my shop.
